I totally understand that life happens and schedules can change. To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone’s time (including mine!), I kindly ask that you take a moment to read through my cancellation policy: Cancellations Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without contacting me, it will be considered a no-show and you’ll be charged 50% of the scheduled service, to be paid either by your card on file or at the time of your next service. After one no-show, any future missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All fees must be paid in entirety before booking your next appointment. Running Late? If you’re running late, please reach out before your appointment time. I’ll always try my best to still fit you in, but I can’t guarantee your full service if you arrive late. If I don’t hear from you by 10 minutes after your appointment time, your spot will be considered a no-show. Emergencies I know that sometimes life throws you a curveball. If there’s an emergency or something unexpected comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I truly appreciate open communication and will always do my best to be understanding
